It Happened Again

I took a long survey and got a thank you and completed but I never got credit.

This is the same survey site that did this to me several days ago.

Opening a FC support ticket is of no to very little value. I will never get credit and I will not even hear back.

I searched for a way to contact the study site directly but there is none.

I did some research and this study site has a long history of not paying respondents for completed surveys.

yes had one a week or so ago. it was a health care survey took forever and then at the end no credit. annoying wonder sometimes why i do this. watch out for medical surveys

I don't know what is going on with the surveys.  I just spent about 20 minutes answering a questions for a survey and then was told I didn't qualify.  They couldn't figure that out before I spent all that time answering questions.

When you flush the commode, are you one of those who watch it go down until it all done? Not me, I flush and close the lid until the next visit. Don't let things get you down.

Since I posted this discussion, I have had it happen to me two or three more times.  I am talking about completing surveys and not getting credit.

I opened a support ticket not expecting anything to happen. I have not received a response but i have since been able to do two or three surveys and then the PTC.  I do not know if this is just coincidence or not.
