It's Strawberry Day

Happy National Strawberry Day! 
I hunted for a strawberry festival or something for today but I did not find anything ado.  I did find a strawberry festival here but it is in May...I will attend that.   To bad, I will just go to the store and get some strawberries because I cannot drive to another state that has a festival to attend one. someone like me, will shout Happy National Strawberry Day. Plant City, FL has a strawberry festival starting March 3rd.  This festival was the last trip I've made since 2020.

Strawberries are my favorite.  I love to cut them up and sprinkle a little sugar on them.  Sometimes I buy Sara Lee pound cake and cool whip and make strawberry shortcake.

I have heard a lot of great things about that strawberry festival but I have never been there.

Our area has a Strawberry Festival starting this weekend.  Yummy, can't wait.
