Back Pain
« on: September 09, 2022, 05:15:37 am »
Does anyone know how to relieve upper and lower back pain without taking meds? I hurt in my back so much, but I do not want to take any kind of medicine.

Try some essential oils. My wife uses doTerra oils and they have a cream - similar to BenGay, but it works very well for aches like that. It is a good alternative to meds. It won't solve the problem, but it can help deal with it. She sells doTerra, but I don't want to violate any FC rules by posting affiliate links here. They have a cream called Deep Blue in particular that I am thinking of.

There is good cream that use to be by prescription, but is now over the counter.  It is called Voltaren.  I used it on my knees before I had knee surgery.

I too have major/chronic back problems.  Tried Voltaren, it didn't work at all.

Have you seen a doctor?  You could try some exercise to strengthen your muscles.

If you try that and it works (or for that matter, even if it doesn't) I'd be interested to hear back from you here!
Good luck!

You could try magnesium tabs and Epsom Salt baths. That works for me.

Hope you feel better soon. Back pain is the worst.  :sad1:

A good chiropractor has always taken care of my back pain. Along with hot baths.

My BEST friend thought he wouldnt be able to walk with his bad knee.He found this site called Mend Me shop and ordered this creme/salve and a buffer and couldnt believe how it helped him.

He kept doing it when it was needed and always got the help.

Ive wondered for back problems if it would be just as good?

Mend Me Shop  is the name of site. Before surgery i would check it out.

I do a lot of furniture moving in my job, but it is usually limited to just one day out of the week. With intermittent back issues it can be a bit tough at times. I just usually pray that it doesn't flare up on my moving days. I often treat it with ibuprofen and essential oils (which I referenced earlier).

Sometimes after the gym I experienced a lot of back pain. It seemed normal to me, considering the load on the lower back. But then I started going for a massage and everything went away. Of course, not in one session, but nevertheless. Also for bodybuilding, I started using injectable steroids for sale, which I found on a reliable website.
