Cashing out YAY...WAHhh...?!

Ok I live in USA yet I have a paypal. Done that long long time ago. And I really need cash soon very soon. Hmm any idea what I did wrong? I have about $30 yet this pop up. Same thing "any idea what I did wrong?" plz help me.  I even change method. So give me any steps to do it right again plz. I don't care if its the same answer, same thing, or subject, or somthing...

Your paypal account needs to be hooked up with a bank account or credit card.

I was hoping to give you a link to where to go to verify your account, but since I verified mine years ago, I can't access it. Basically, if you sign in to your Paypal account, there's a link that says get verified. When you click on it, there's two options - 1) connect your bank account, or 2) get approved for a Paypal credit card. I went with the bank account option, and if I recall correctly, they simply make two deposits into your account that are >$1 each, and ask you to confirm the accounts. After that, your account is verified and you can transfer funds between your Paypal and your bank account at any time.
