May luck be your friend in whatever you do and may trouble be always a stranger to you.

May your glass be ever full.
May the roof over your head be always strong.
And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you’re dead.

May joy and peace surround you,
Contentment latch your door,
And happiness be with you now,
And bless you evermore.

MAY YOU ALWAYS FIND THREE WELCOMES IN LIFE, IN A GARDEN DURING SUMMER, AT A HEARTH DURING WINTER AND IN THE HEARTS OF FRIENDS THROUGHOUT ALL YOUR YEARS.

I wish you health, I wish you well, and happiness galore.
I wish you luck for you and friends; what could I wish you more?
May your joys be as deep as the oceans, your troubles as light as its foam.
And may you find, sweet peace of mind, where ever you may roam.

Here's to cheating, stealing, fighting, and drinking.
If you cheat, may you cheat death.
If you steal, may you steal a woman's heart.
If you fight, may you fight for a brother.
And if you drink, may you drink with me.

The name is Irish.  I am Irish and Native American (Choctaw)

God made the Italians for their beauty. The French for fine food. The Swedes for intelligence. The Jews for religion. And on and on until he looked at what he had created and said, "This is all very fine but no one is having fun. I guess I'll have to make me an Irishman

Irish Proverb...
There is nothing so bad that it could not be worse

IRISH TOAST
When Irish eyes are smiling,
Sure it's like a morning spring.
In the lilt of Irish laughter
You can hear the angels sing.
When Irish hearts are happy,
All the world seem bright and gay.
And when Irish eyes are smiling,
they'll steal your heart away!

I never would have known if you had not told me, but my own Irish Heritage bears witness it is.

This is fun for me even if I am the only one who sees.

I drink to the health of another, and the other I drink to is he. In hopes that drinks to another, and the other he drinks to is me.

Never criticize a man
until you’ve walked a mile in his shoes.
For when you do that,
he’ll be a mile away,
and you’ll have his shoes.

It is getting close, with to many toasts, here are 2 today.

May there always be work for your hands to do,
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the sun always shine warm on your windowpane,
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you,
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

When the first light of sun-Bless you
When the long day is done-Bless you
In your smiles and your tears-Bless you
Through each day of your years-Bless you.

Irish ToasT

May you get all your wishes but one,
so that you will always have something to strive for!

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
May the luck of the Irish possess you.
May the devil fly off with your worries.
May God bless you forever and ever.

Beautiful!  So uplifting, I do believe I made a mistake with where I put Tin Whistle Student.

Living and learning.

Have a great day! All :glasses-nerdy:
