smoking rewards?

I did this one and havn't received confirmation yet. But how come when I was done It just said Thank You for your entry? and I didn't have to answer any questions like the offer says I have to?? Please response needed!!

I never tried that offer because I don't smoke and I don't know if I will get the points for it.
