I use Traffic Exchanges for ads.  No luck with them - but I still use them.  Ya never know.....

The whole idea seems a bit odd to me... I mean, referrals are definitely the fastest way to make money on FC but the idea surrounding Advertising FC to people so they can log on and try offers from more advertisers seems a bit weird to say the least. I say, do the math, give it a test try, hope for the best. :)

It seems as though there are enough free places to advertise that it would be silly to spend 30 dollars, though I could understand 5 if there were proven results.
That's why I have 500 of them and most people don't have 5.
I agree their are a lot of free ways to  advertise on the Internet. I use PTC sites, and traffic sites for a website i have and and i get quite a few hits. You just have to get creative.

But hits don't put any cash in your pocket. Take another look at my banner, that's what referrals have to do for you before they count.

I used to have a movie discussion website.  I put some Google ads and other referral ads but didn't get many clicks etc.  People (me included) usually avoid them like the plague.

Well I went ahead and paid for some ad space.  I've got $15 split over several sites, paying up to 30 cents per day.  However, as I mentioned in a previous post, this is done auction style.  I'm outbid on 2 of the 6 sites I have bids on.

The sites I have the ads on get between 50,000 and 100,000 unique visitors per day each.  I'm kind of excited to see how it ends up going.  It could completely flop and I'm out $15, but its a risk I'm willing to take.  All it takes is 5 people to register and complete an offer to break even on this, and with about 300,000 people seeing my ad (Its on 4 sites right now!), its completely possible.

But only time will tell.  I'll crap a brick if I come home from work tomorrow to find $50 in referral bonuses, but of course, I'll also not be surprised at all if I come home to find $0.  My hopes are high, but my expectation is low.  I won't be disappointed with any result.

Be sure to post again if you do well on this. I hope you do come home to $50 tomorrow, that'd be great wouldn't it?

Well, I've gotten 12 unique clicks so far, but either none of them registered, or they didn't get put with me as the referral somehow.  However, my ad hasn't been up the entire time.  Other people have placed and retracted bids throughout the day and last night.  Among all the sites, I've had 36,000 unique views.

I've increased my bids to 50 cents per day, except for the one that had the most clicks.  I'm increasing that one to $1/day.

A lead-in to FusionCash?  Are you talking about just having a page that I write that describes FusionCash and how it works, with the referral link on that page?

I certainly wouldn't use FusionCash's banners that they provide.  Having "FREE MONEY" plastered on it is the best way to scare people away, because anyone with half a brain knows that there's no such thing as free money.  Instead, I would design a similar banner advertising getting paid for doing surveys.  Also, I DEFINITELY wouldn't claim "Earn hundreds in hours!" as the only way to pull that off would be to do every offer that requires a CC.  And again, the "Too good to be true" alarm goes off inside anyone who sees the banner.

I use my FC banner on a social networking site (not like FB or myspace) and I got over $90 in the past two months from referrals alone. The more I make the more people are lured into clicking my money it just keeps getting better :)

So far, $1 of my $15 deposit to Project Wonderful has been spent.  I've gotten 16 clicks, but still nobody registering.  Still plenty of time left.  As I said before, I didn't like any of the banners that FusionCash has because they plaster "FREE MONEY" on them which I would think sets off people's alarms that its not legit.  I've attached the banner in case anyone else wants to use it.  Its an animated GIF.

there are so many free places, you just have to find them and become frequent users.

I've gotten 57 clicks on my banner, yet still no referrals.  Either none of them have registered, or somehow I'm not being set as the referrer.  I've doublechecked my URL.

The only time I "pay" for ad space is when I use some of my earnings on another GPT site to put banners there. That is where my one referral came from. Unfortunately I don't really know how to advertise online to get referrals. So I don't bother much.
