I am not although I wish I could be.  Two of my friends are soo good at it, I'm jealous.  They get $100's of dollars worth of groceries and toiletries for pennys.  I have been to all the sites but I'm more of a hands on learner and would need someone to hold my hand through the process...literally lol

I wish I was!!  It's probably a bad excuse that I say I don't have time.... I think my sister uses a coupon for everything that she buys!

I'm not obsessed with it, but I've been known to find some good deals before.  This weekend I bought a purse at Kohl's regular price $40, I paid $3.  It was on sale and I had a $10 off coupon.  I print coupons off for things I'm gonna buy anyway but I hardly ever use them to stock up on anything.

guilty  :angel12:  I drive my husband crazy sometimes because he says I turn a 10 minute shopping trip into 20 using coupons, but I generally save at least 20% each time I use them and there really are great savings.  However I've noticed the coupon quality has gone down - buy 4 save $0.50?!?  That's crap especially when one thinks back about 6-7 years when they tripled coupons to $0.50 and doubled to $1.00.  Makes me sad  :bs:

Clipping coupons is my favorite thing to do. As a matter of fact, I don't go shopping without coupons. I feel ripped off if I know that I can get it for less (even if it's .50). I sometimes feels that I've gotten so use to it that my purse is filled with coupons, just in case. Yeah.

I love coupons...free money.  Anytime I can reduce my grocery budget for the few minutes it takes to cut coupons or print them online I am happy.

I actually like clipping coupons. My grandma sends me coupons like every week. So I started using them just to save a little money which actually helps. :)

The other thing I really go after is "promo codes".  I don't buy anything online unless I check to see if there is a promo code for the store I'm buying for.  I have saved hundreds of dollars this way.

Some places offer cashback shopping also. I love to combine cahsback offers with deals and promo codes! I always use my paypal debit card to get 1.5% cashback even on bills lol!

It's a great way to save money. Why pay full price for something when you don't have to? Clipping coupons can be a family event. You can see who can find the best and most coupons the quickest.

Arby's expensive lol?  I have 25% off at Brio Tuscan Grille coupon. That is more like what I would call expensive.

So, I know a few sites who offer tips and tutorials on using grocery store coupons.  It'd be interesting if someone on here posted a how to, FAQ, tutorial, etc...on how to use coupons, clip them, and find out when to use them......I'm sure there are plenty of people who want to use them but just dont know how...Me included.  I just am unable to follow the written word...youtube videos, or vidoes in anyway would be appreciated.

I saved $525 in one year's time by clipping coupons and saving the difference in what would have been the original cost of the grocries ... took me a nice little vacation with it. Ye, I still use them.

Good luck! By the way there are quite a few stores that double coupons. Most places (like Krogers) only double up to .50 cents. So your coupon is actually worth a $1 ! Find out what stores near you double and match your coupons to the current sales. Don't use a coupon just for the sake of using a coupon. Make sure it is actually something you want and or would buy any way and that it really is a good deal.

I sometimes print coupons from MY Points or other online places. I don't get the Sunday paper, so I miss out on those.

From what I understand, paying the $1.75 is worth it if you really know what you're doing.  Luckily, my inlaws get theirs delivered so I steal theirs. :angel12:

i have tried to clip coupons but i would get bored or would clip them and forget about them lately i have used cellfire for safeway. It adds the coupons to your safeway card number and takes off the coupons once you slide your card it is great you can save without loosing your mind

We never leave the house with out my coupon container.  We average an 65% savings when grocery shopping.  I use them for everything.  I think as a stay at home mom, it is my job to stretch his money as much as possible to allow us to save more money.  It took time, but he has become supportive and will grab it if I walk by it on my way out the door, Yeah I guess I am a total ADDICT ;)

I wish I had a Kmart close by. I do have a kroger's and a publix close though and they both double up to .50.
