Title: Youtube and Referrals?

Would making a video on youtube about Fusion Cash and posting your referral link be allowed? :)

If you mean posting it here, no probably not, but most people who are here are already members anyway.  There are tons of other places you could post it though.

You certainly would not be alone, but make sure you don't violate the terms.
