Title: help with birds

Can anyone tell me a safe way to get rid of birds? I have a tree right beside the side of the house where I sleep and it is full of birds that like to chirp at night. Help!!

Safe for you, or the birds?......

go to lawn and garden dept. @ Wally World and get one of those plastic owls and fasten it in the tree.

Owls prey on smaller birds....smaller birds know this.

well...i like what the person above said...or you could cut the tree down, but that would kinda be bad for the earth and im sure you probably wouldnt like that lol...
