Title: Protect America
Post by: carolrowe on January 16, 2010, 06:32:21 am
Has anyone tried this yet.  I just saw it and it might be new.  Under free-no cc.

Its says, see if you qualify for home security.  The next page(s) are requests for on-line degrees, and that was as far as I went.  So I'm not sure whether I completed correctly or not.  We'll see if I get credit.

Any tips?

I also received credit for this. Very quick, easy offer, and wonderful for that buck. Thanks, FC!

I did not have any luck, this was an easy offer to do.  The offer keeps appearing and disappearing from my available offers each and every day.  I thought that I got credit, when the offer was gone this past Saturday morning, but I did not.  I guess I could try again later.

I haven't tried this offer. After reading this I think I will have to try it but it keeps appearing and disappearing from my screen. It seems to show up when I don't have time to do it and then not be there when I have time. Hopefully it will reappear soon and I can have a chance to do it.

I tried this again and I did not get credit.  It turns out that the protect america offer is from Smarter Quotes.  I completed an offer for car insurance through Smarter Quotes.  Perhaps they already have my info and are not giving credit again, even though this time it is for an alarm system?  Oh well, at least it only took about a minute or so to fill it out.

I Click on the protect america offer and all that pops up is: The link you have requested is no longer available.

Anyone else have anything similar?

I submited info for this and spoke to one of their reps but have not seen a credit yet. I am seriously considering their product / service, sounds like a pretty good deal.

:thumbsup:I got credit.. I heard that if you turn off your computer, and leave it unplugged for about 10 mins., it cleans it out. I empty my cookies first, then turn it off and unplug it.. It seems to work o.k.

Your computer does not clean itself while it is turned off... there's no need to do that :)

I tried this offer this morning and did not receive credit.

I got an email last night that this approved, so it took almost 48 hours to approve, but I did eventually get credit! YAY!!

I was crediited overnight, also, for Protect America.  For the people who cannot find on their offers page, it is usually there in the morning ...early...then disapears.  They must have a daily quota and when that is met it is taken down.

Good for you guys that got it credited.    I am still waiting- I tried it twice (several days apart) and it went through, but I never got any phone calls so far.  Hopefully, it will show later today.

I completed it twice-once on the 17th and again on the 19th.  It credited at 1:20 this morning, the 21st.   So....depending on which try credited, it took either 2 days or 4 days!   Good luck, I will keep my fingers crossed for you.  Love these $1.00 offers!

It's odd that the offer approves within minutes for some and takes two days for others.  I tried this offer for the third and final time this morning on a different computer, but again no credit.  I do not mind trying an offer a few/several times, but after awhile it is silly to waste your time over and over.  I still never got any calls.
