Title: Question About Cashouts

Question is, when do cashouts receive approval, on average?
For instance, I cashed out on 12-17-09 and it's been pending for exactly 1 month now.  ???
Or should I submit a ticket in to see what's going on?  ???

I believe it stays as pending until the payment is actually made. At least, that's what I recall happening with mine.
