Title: Favorite television shows?

From BBC Fan?! More like from HBO Fan (ok, Dexter's from Showtime). Just kidding! ;D

But I have to agree. Those along with the Tudors are my favorites on paid stations. I also like a a bunch of cable shows, like Leverage, White Collar, and Burn Notice. Also, cooking shows like Iron Chef, Chopped, Worst Cooks in America, and Top Chef. Also among my fav's are Heroes, CSI (all of them), and Bones. But the one that I am most looking forward to is Lost! There is always so many surprises and hidden clues in it. It really keeps your mind active. Less than a week to go, woohoo!!!

Also just started watching Legend of the Seeker, acting is pretty lame though, maybe I'll opt to read the books instead.

I agree, in that I caught a couple shows over at my sisters, but can never remember when it's on :P :-[

I'm an irregular viewer. But faves I guess would be... House, Burn Notice, Monk, Doctor Who and Torchwood, and Stargate Atlantis (I know some of these shows are dead, but I'm counting reruns just because!).
Cartoons would be South Park, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Moral Orel, Metalocolypse, anything just about on Adult Swim.
And for reality it's judge shows, cop shows and cake decorating and cooking competition shows :P
Late night and talk shows, well, Craig Ferguson is about the only one I watch. Sometimes Ross or Norton on BBC, depends on the guests.

I was thinking of watching White Collar, but I've never managed a full episode yet (I'm sadly tivo-less). I guess I'll go searching online. :) Watch almost as much tv over the internet, anymore lol

Hehe... Yeah, I had watched the first two seasons of Lost fairly regularly. But then work got in the way and I missed the 3rd season. And with a show like Lost, you'd be lost (no pun intended) if you don't watch faithfully. So I ended up missing even more. But then when I saw the ads for the final season, I just had to get back into it. So I went on-line and (re)watched all of the seasons up to this upcoming one.

Hopefully you'll be able to do the same and check out those shows you've wanted to see but never got around to doing so.

I also like Deadliest Catch, that is such a dangerous job and the weather conditions are unbelievable. Every year there are fisherman who do not return. It could be because of a ship capsizing or someone going overboard. It really is an awesome show. I also like Ice Road Truckers. These guys, and one girl, Lisa Kelly ,drive there trucks which haul critical supplies over 350 miles of frozen lakes in Canada. The ice has to be atleast 16 inches thick for the road to be opened. When they drive on the ice you can hear the ice cracking underneath them, it's unbelievable! :thumbsup:

I am a fan of America's Most Wanted. And I love a good movie on TV. When I have HBO, I love watching a good movie or other program on HBO. I watch American Idol towards the end of the season.

I definitely agree with your opinion on Jersey Shore.. nothing fits better than :-X!!! Instead of watching ridiculously tan and annoying people get drunk, act slutty, and argue in New Jersey I prefer to watch That 70's show or Jeopardy! Sometimes Jeopardy makes me feel not-so-bright, but I like to learn a thing or two once in a while. HBU?
