Title: What does it mean by pending?s

I requested a cashout and it has been a few days, but why does it still say pending. And below it, it says if confirmed you will get it on May 20th. So why isn't it confirmed and how long will it take to confirm?

It will confirm around the 19th or so they usually approve around the same time as they are processed, so you will get your $$ around the 20th depending on whether its paypal or check if it's check you will get it 22-27th depending on USPS.
