I have been noticing more and more people men and women alike are shaving there arms. Be honest do you? If so why? :dontknow:
-
I have never shaved my actual arms....I have heard of people doing it as well, but I just think that it would be more of a hassle than anything else... :dontknow:
-
I don't shave my arms but my sister in law does ;D I think it would be really itchy IDK
-
I have a friend that shaves her arms...when it's cold out her arms feel like stubbly legs....I would rather have my hair than stubbles and more shaving cream.
-
noo cause if i did i wouldnt be able to call me self a man
-
i shave my arms. i find that iff i don't, my arms are too itchy.
-
I only shave my arm pits not arms. The hair on my arms isn't noticeable and I don't have any reason to shave them.
-
Everyone needs some manly hair!
-
I do and I have for the past 10+ years. I like it because it feels clean and smooth and looks nice but that's JMO for me personally.
-
i shave my everything lol i like to be smooth all over yes i shave my arms :bootyshake:
-
Some of my friends that play football believe if you shave your arms you will run faster. Of course I think its silly so no I do not shave my arms and I am a male.
-
i dont shave under my arms. :BangHead:
-
I don't shave my arms. For those who do, wouldn't it be easier to wax them ? IDK, I'm just thinking the hair wouldn't grow back nubby? Do you have to shave them every day?
-
I do not, when it gets ugly though, i will. MALE
-
I totally shave my arms. They feel all nice and smooth. and no it does not grow back stubby. u just gotta take time for yourself. I am a female and my hubby loves to rub my arms. Besides I work in a hot kitchen and I have discovered I dont sweat as much when i shave my arms. It's just a great feeling to be smooth.
-
i shave my arms. it is easy to keep up with that way since it seems to grow in as fast as my leg hair does. i have been shaving my arms since i was 14 i am 34 now. it is also less expensive.
-
Wow, I remember shaving my arms when I was little and I always thought I was such a weirdo. I was too young to be shaving period and I didn't just stop with my legs. I was like 10 but then my hair grew back longer and thicker and darker so I kept shaving. I haven't anymore but I wish I never did. :crybaby2:
-
No, the hair on my arms is so light, it's unnoticeable anyway.
-
No, don't shave my arms. Don't need to ... don't have noticeable hair on my arms, thank goodness.
-
At first I thought you meant underarms but most men don't do that. I don't shave my arms. Heck I very seldom shave my underarms. After all these years there is hardly any hair left.
-
I'm a :male: and I used to shave everything: arms, legs, chest, back, even my head! :o But that was when I was swimming competitively, and I'd only do that once a year, when I was competing in the Junior Olympics (when I was really young), state (when I was in HS), or the conference meet (when I was in college). :fish: ;D :fish:
I still have a bare spot on my right shin where I really cut myself pretty bad the first time I shaved my legs, so now no hair will grow on that scar!
(BTW, "I shave my legs" was a favorite statement to use when playing Liar, Liar where you had to make a statement and people guessed whether you were telling the truth or a lie)
-
I just stick with shaving the under arms...if I shaved my arms I think I'd feel like one of those creepy hairless cats! (Seriously, what planet did those things come from?!)
-
I don't need to. I would think it would grow back prickly.
-
go melissymoo I am for your philosophy! I am a male and love everything women do to be attractive. Go ladies :bootyshake:
-
I sweat a lot in the summer.Epesically when I am very active. So yeah I shave my arms. It keeps the musk away and the people i love close. You get the picture im painting herre.
-
I am a female; i shave my arms every once in a while - usually when i go to interviews or functions & i wear short-sleeves.
-
Nope I don't never have honestly don't think I ever will. I hate stubble on my legs imagine on my arms lol
-
:female: No, I don't shave my arms. Honestly, it is out of pure laziness. I would hate to have one more thing to keep up with appearance wise. I know a few runners that do it, and I can see that helping with aerodynamics, but otherwise I do not get the point.
-
I do not shave my arms. When I read the question I thought it was a strange question, but when I read the responses I discovered that many people, male and female, do shave their arms. I was surprised at that!
-
I couldnt really shave mine because i dont have that much hair on em , but sometimes when i cant help but loook at other dudes arms , sometimes i wanna point them in the direction of the wax lol
-
I don't, i don't think they are noticeable.
-
I don't shave my arms. Doesn't bothers me at all. That's unique question but underarms, lot does.
-
men should shave their arms once a year, to check for any unusual things, lol that doens't sound right but im still posting it!
-
Nope, never have, and probably never will. My arm hair is blonde, so it isn't noticeable, plus it would grow back thicker and all stubbley.
-

YES I LIKE TO SHAVE MY ARM BECAUSE IT FEELS NICE AND SMOOTH WHEN I DO. ITS BETTER THAT WAY
-
I don't shave my arms. The hair is light and not very thick so it isn't that noticeable. And to be honest....I'm too lazy. LOL I have a hard time finding time to jump in the shower long enough to shave my legs....I can't imagine trying to shave my arms too with my son coming in and out of the bathroom asking if I'm done yet. The joy of 2-year-olds. :)
-
no way im a male and no need to shave
-
I do not shave my arms. Its enough to do my legs and other areas, but to add the arms just seems crazy. My boyfriend however does. He is not a fan of hair on the body

I would if i wasnt afraid of it growing back thicker :) lol
-
No. Cripes, I have enough trouble keeping up with the hair on my legs. Can't imagine adding 2 more appendages to the equation. ;D
-
I played baseball in college. when i was still playing i shaved my arms. the sweat will bead up and fall off of your arm instead of running down to your hands.
-
Only the arm pits.
-
underarms? yes. but not like the front/top of my arms.
-
I don’t shave my arms (and legs). When I was younger, I dislike the hair on my arms because my skin tone is fair it made it stand out more. Now that I am much older they became less noticeable from little to none. I guess they thin out within age...
-
:dontknow: why is 40 the cut off
female 57 looks 40
-
I have thought about shaving my arms but I have been scared of it growing back thicker and stubble on them.
-
I do not shave my arms because i dont know seems wierd but saying that i would try it i just have never thought of shaving them until about a year ago when i noticed my friend did her hair is dark and is noticable i am white and my arm hair is visible but not so dark. So i can see people with dark hair shaving it but that just seems so wierd to me to shave my arms
-
I shave because it keeps me cooler especially since I live in South Florida where it's so hot:-)
-
Did you know the human head weighs 8 pounds
-
Did you know the human head weighs 8 pounds
Really? No, I didn't know that lol wow thats a lot
-
To me that's weird - you can barely see the hair anyways..and I agree with what someone else said thinking it would be a hassle - I did one time when I was little because I asked my Mom if we were supposed to and she was watching TV and said yes -- PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR KIDS...I used to hold it against her saying I now had gorilla arms but really it's not bad haha.
