Title: Why aren't the special offers working?

I've done 3 offers already and I still haven't got credit for any of them. Is it down today?

not necessarily "down today"
I have NEVER received credit for these (with exception of the videos)

Yeah the videos always work for me but I did the sweet tooth quiz and I didn't get credit for it.
