Just a quick question. Has anyone else had difficulty in getting a response from their support tickets? I submitted a request on my publisher account on 12/23/07 and another follow-up ticket on 12/28/07 and neither has a response. Anyone else having the same problem? I'm a bit apprehensive to send in a 3rd ticket for the same thing.

i sent a support ticket, can remember the exact date. i had'nt heard anything back but, given it was the holidays, i did'nt think much about it. maybe give it another day or so? :dontknow:

sometimes i have a quick response, but mostly it has taken weeks for mine to get a response, which is kinda annoying because when i first started FC it only took a few hours, or less.
