Title: Rule changes

So...if you were president of any major sport (ie: NHL, NBA, MLB, NFL, etc.) and you could implement one
permanent rule change....what league/rule would it be and why??

Baseball league - the review rule should be changed.  red flag.

Basketball.  One point for lay-ups and slam dunks...two points top of key....three points. outside the key....then we could get and see some actual talent....
