I try to go to one if I get the chance. The kids really like them.
-
We don't have a drive-in where I live anymore. One of the screens is still up though. The last movie I saw at the drive-in was Rambo. I really wish they build another one.
-
LOVE THEM!! It reminds me of my childhood years!! :icon_rr:

I saw Ice Age in a drive in movie theatre. I loved it. I wish I could go more but the closet drive in theatre is an hour away.

Oh wow I didn't even know they had those anymore! The first and last movie I saw in a drive in was Jurassic Park. But I was sitting in the back seat and couldn't see a damn thing. I was looking at other screens out of boredom.

I live in gaston ,Oregon and their is a drive in movie place about 10 miles from in New-berg,Or.I think it the last one hear as far as i know.
-
Do they still have drive in movies? I haven't been to one in years. Here in Illinois, they discontinued all of them, which is a shame. They were great in the summer.
-
I would love to finally go to one. I think they have one about an hour and a half away in Pennsylvania...
-
i looove the drive-in. the one in my hometown closed down
some odd years ago, and i'm not sure why. you'd think for all
the funding that goes into less-amazing activites, they could
have atleast kept it alive. it was one of the only unique things
to really do...
i haven't been to one since the blair witch project came out.
that was the last movie i saw at the drive-in...
-
I like them. I haven't been to one in a long time, though.

I have not been to a drive in movie in years, the closest drive in move is an hour away (Riverside California) and I think that there are not many of them left, the last movie i saw at a drive in was "Twister" (if you guys can remember back that far)(LOL)

lol never been to one =/
-
fun but has been awhile since I went to one only one left in my area and it is a ways away.
-
LOVE them but not the same as in my childhood..though what is?
-
They were good when I was a kid. I couldn't go now though. I can't even stand the movie theather as it doesn't compare to the home theather set-up I have.

Yep! There are still a few around. Several years ago some local people revamped and reopened the local drive-in theater. It is a big hit as it is the only one for miles and miles.
We try to go once every summer - a nice warm night when we can sit in our lawn chairs outside of our vehicles is the best way....
It is a lot of fun!

We don't have one in our town. We do have one 30 minutes away but never seem to make it there. We talk about going and we should. Used to love them!!
-
never been to a drive in movie..... i'll have to try that!!!!
-
I love drive in movies! I haven't been to one since I was a kid. We would wear our pajamas and play on the playground until the movie started. Then race back to the car and have some chips and a soda( which we were never allowed to have any other time). It is a great childhood memory.
-
always wanted to go to one
-
We have one pretty close to where I live, but the last movie I saw there was the Dark Knight. There was another movie that played after that but I didnt stay for it. For 2 people and 2 movies though it was like $5 so that was pretty cheap IMO. Would love to go back if I didn't work the graveyard shift all the time at my current job >.>

I LOVE THE DRIVE-IN!!! My husband and I just went on Friday night and saw a double feature of New Moon and Eclipse. I like the atmosphere much better than that of a movie theater.
-
unfortunately I have never been to a drive in movie. I would think that I would enjoy the experience of going to a drive in, I always wanted to
-
YES!!!!! :notworthy: The last drive in movie I ever saw was STAR WARS!!!! (in Minnesota). I remember I watched on the top of our station wagon. Too bad they don't have anything like that here in Florida. I hate it when I'm in a packed movie theater, you can't breath, there are always some distractions from others like, people that want to have a conversation during the movie or people that bring their screaming babies during the movie. I go to the movies to escape from reality not be exposed to it. Sigh, I wish they would bring back DRIVE in MOVIES!

My family loves the Drive-In! Especially the kids!
-
Sometimes. Getting to see 2-3 movies for the price of 1 is awesome and it's a summer tradition BUT the mosquitoes are annoying(painful too) even with the pails.
-
I used to love going and I would still go but they're so scarce these days....
