Thank you.This sounds delicious.

a great variation to this is to use crushed cornflakes instead of bread crumbs because they fry to form a delcious crunchy breading. i also add black pepper and a dash of ground cloves to my flour for added flavor

ButterflyWings, thank you again for another GREAT recipe!! I made it today (with potato salad and brownies) and took some over to a neighbor that broke her ankle (and her kids)--- the kids were just gobbling the chicken up and the mom loved the chicken so much she asked for the recipe! (Noone's ever asked me for a recipe before ...lol).
You are so welcome hun it is my pleasure to share..Got more to come too ;D  :peace:

that does sound pretty awesome! i've only
tried fried chicken once and it didn't come out
crunchy at all (which is my favorite part :P), but
i'll have to try it again... mmm, with mashed taters
and coleslaw? oh boy, i think i know what i'm making
tomorrow night!
FC needs a "FOOD" category on the forums. as many
topics that are about food, we would definitely utilize
it! and we could share all sorts of recipes, too ;D
