Title: How do I make a post? I just started this today and can't see a place to post

I want to post a comment, but can not find a place on a page to post it.  I am new at this.  In fact, I just started this morning.  Thanks

Theres a button that says reply. Click that, and you can reply to people. It's right above anyones post, just be sure the topic isn't locked.
