This was all over the news in 2007 when it occured. There was footage from various sources and an entire slew of articles about the incident and tributes to the reporters in papers and on TV in many countries, including here in the US. There is much more to the story than '2 innocent Rueters reporters being killed'. Reuters had unsuccessfully requested the footage under the Freedom of Information Act in 2007. The footage was finally released by an unknown source in 2009. A military official from the US also confimed the footage you linked is accurate.
