Post by: missijl on September 14, 2010, 04:32:40 am: Your balance can go down if you get approved for an offer and the advertiser later tells FC you did something wrong with it, or if they found one of your referrals wasn't able to be a referral. I don't know what else would do it.

When the reason isn't obvious from your account page, the best thing to do is send in a support ticket and get an answer from FC.

If you missed your August Forum Bonus, you can still submit it before the end of this month. On the request page, just choose August, make sure you choose August posts, and submit it on it's own or with this month's.
Sorry you lost the money, but I wrote what I did because I thought that might be what happened. At least now you know.
