I normally relieve stress by just thinking everything over and trying to make the negatives become positives. I understand that life isn't easy and that you have to overcome obstacles in life.

Just to unwind, I read. Usually problems in books are worse than mine, so I can escape for awhile.

Go for a walk, talk to someone who is not causing the stress.

A lot of times I will workout or read to relieve my stress.
