I really like Skype, but  have not tried OOVOO.

I use Skype for online business and personal -- our son is stationed in Kuwait, so Skype is a great way to connect with him.

For business, I like the Share Your Screen feature.  It makes it easy to help people in my business.

I run Skype all the time to get text messages in an orderly manner without all the problems with email. I have tried ooVoo but not much.

I don't know what either is. Now I will have to look into it since you've brought it up, cuz a site I'm working on keeps bringing up that I will need Skype.  What the heck is it anyway? Thanks! :dontknow:

Skype is a free program that lets you communicate online with ease. You can text (which is mainly what I do) with individuals who have Skype or whole groups. You can share your desktop with someone for instruction purposes or even use a webcam to see each other. What I like best is it keeps your text chat for months and lets you go back and see what you were talking about anytime. It helps me stay more organized that way. You can even transfer files to each other, like PDF documents or Word files. Then if you put oldbuddy70 in the search box, you can find me.

I love SKYPE.  I use it on a daily basis to keep up with dad, brothers, and sister.  I have never even heard of OOVOO.  I will have to look it up and see how it compares to SKYPE.  My gut tells me that OOVOO must be new because I have never heard of it until now.  Any new type of VOIP will probably have a lot of problems at first and may even charge you money for it.  Thanks for making me aware of OOVOO..   :)

I never heard of OOVOO and only used skype a couple times so i cant really say myself.

Skype so far, never tried oovoo,  may have to give it a whirl.  No problems w/ skype though!

 I have never used OOVOO or SKYPE. Most people seem to like SKYPE better, so that would be the first 1 that I would try
