We eat a lot of boneless, skinless chicken *bleep* in our house. I try to mix it up by making different sauces for them (ex. lemon pepper sauce, etc.). Does anyone have any good ideas for me to try?

I have my own recipe blog! Here are a few:
Ingredients:
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken *bleep*, cut into strips
1 cup sliced onion
2 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
2 Green Bell Peppers, sliced
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons crushed Garlic
1 Teaspoon Fajita Seasoning
Directions:
Saute chicken and garlic for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Then carefully add the red bell peppers, green bell peppers and sliced onions to the chicken and stir over heat. Next add the Fajita Seasoning, salt & pepper over the fajita mixture then cover and allow to cook for about 10 more minutes. Serve with rice and flour or corn tortillas or your favorite corn chip! You can also substitute the chicken for beef, for some home style Beef Fajitas.

Chicken with Chipotle Sauce
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Chicken Breast (skinless/boneless) cut into medium size pieces
7 Medium Roma Tomatoes
1 Small Can Chipotle Peppers
1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
3 Garlic Clove
1 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Bring the chicken and 1 cup of water to boil. Once the chicken is fully cooked set aside and allow to cool. While the the chicken is cooling prepare the chipotle sauce by combining the chipotle peppers, cloves, pepper, cumin, garlic & salt. Place the chicken and chipotle sauce in a large sauce pan over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Then reduce to a simmer and allow the chicken to absorb all of the herbs and flavors of the chipotle sauce, continue to stir while simmering for another 15 minutes. That’s it! Enjoy!
**if you'd like you don't have to add the chipotle peppers. When I make this, I always make sure I have some without for my kids who don't like spicy food.

How about roasted veg. and chicken, I use chicken tenders and root veg. ( carrots,turips, parsnips, sweet patato0 olive oil and onion soup mix. cut everything the same size and cook for 1 hour at 400.
