I haven't seen it yet, was supposed to go last night but my brother ended up back in the hospital. It looks really good though.
I've read all the books prior to the movies, and anyone who hasn't read the books really should. I'm really glad they decided to break down this last one into parts, there is soo much going on in this last book that I will be extremely upset if they manage to goof this one up, as they've done w/ prior movies. :L

I have seen it. Still as interesting as rest of them but as it's only part I, it doesn't really have an end at the end of the movie. Feel like the movie should be longer or part II should come faster. It will be nice if part I and part II come out around the same time. I am sure you will enjoy it.

I didn't like it nearly as well as the rest of them. There was just a lot of running around without much happening. Also, I was very shocked to see the scene where they showed Harry and Hermoine making out without clothes on. (No, they didn't show anything, but you could tell they weren't wearing shirts.) The little boy sitting next to me asked his mom "Why doesn't she have a shirt on?". I think they just assumed that the HP followers would all be the same age as Harry.  :P Anyhow, there are a lot of loose ends that need to be tied up in the final movie. Guess we'll have to wait until July 2011!

We'vebeen dying to go, but money is tight right now  :'(,  My 1st check from FC should be in my mailbox any day now, and it is enought to fo, that is how I will use my 1st check from FC.  I have heard two differents veredicts onit, some people say it sucks, others say it was great.  Teh local guy that review movies for a local radio staion and TV, rearely givea a 4 stars to any movie, is 5 years if he has given 6 or 7 movies a 4 is too much, and he give a 4 to this one.  That is good enough for me.

I'd love to see it, but think I'll wait.  Harry an Hermione make-out?  That doesn't happen in the book.  Yuck!  I hate when they add stuff that didn't happen.  There's plenty going on without making up different things.

That's kinda what I've done. I saw the first one in theater, and then just bought the next two movies. Then the fourth & fifth I waited for them to come out on dvd & my sister rented the 4th so I could finally see it, but the 5th one I didn't actually see until it came out on t.v. I'm thinkin I'd rather wait til the next part comes out so that I can watch them one after the other.
I don't recall Harry & Hermione ever having any interactions like that before. People thought the same thing about the fifth book when Harry & Cho kissed. But people seem to forget that it's not Hermione that Harry has "romantic encounters" with, it's Ron's sister Ginny that he ends up with. So maybe that's what they saw??? But I really do hate it when extra things are thrown in, and relevant things are taken out.

No. It's Harry and Hermoine. It happens when Ron is trying to destroy the Horcrux. It shows his greatest fears: spiders and Harry with Hermoine. Harry does continue his relationship with Jenny in this movie, and they have a making out scene, also--only theirs is clothed.

Thank God! I was going to say...really Harry and Hermione? I like Harry with Jenny so glad to hear that . I haven't seen Harry Potter yet, hoping to catch it on Thanksgiving or on Black Friday with family....cannot wait!

Harry potter is so boring. I don't like harry potter movies. I think harry potter is for little kids. If you enjoy harry potter, I think you must be a child who is interested in harry potter for anyone that is interested. It makes me believe that you think make believe is real.

I can't wait to see it! I read the book, and I am going crazy to see it now. It really stinks because I am going to have to wait for it to come out on video before I see it though. With Christmas coming and everything else money is very tight. I think the price of going to the theatre is crazy these days. It's like 8 bucks a person just to get in.

We are going next Sunday.  I really want to see it but do not enjoy a crouded theater.  I would rather wait a little bit.  Plus, we always go to the movies before noon on Sundays to get the best price for the tickets.

I just ordered HP6 on DVD.  I plan to do a personal movie marathon of the 6 movies first then go see 7-part 1 in the theaters in a few weeks after the crowds die down a bit.  Still planning to see it in the theater as the special effects just aren't the same on my TV.  I'm prepared for this one to be left hanging with some cliff hangers as I know part 2 is coming in the summer.  Can't wait to go!

It was great! There are quite a few scenes with not alot going on, but that was the same in the book. In the first movie(or 2/3 of the book) they really covered alot of the small details, and changed very little. I can't wait till July!

I absolutely loved It!  I thought they followed the  book better than any of the others.j  It is dark, however, just like the book, so I couldn't recommend it for small children.
I went the day it opened in the morning, so I didn't have to fight crowds.  I also think that where they chose to end the movie was a great choice.
