Here's a little tip for everyone. Keep what you think about your weight and other peoples weight to yourself. When people say things like, "Watch what you eat or you might end up like me" or anything that implies that they think they are fat, it makes me uncomfortable - what do you say to someone when they make jokes about themselves being overweight. Do you joke back or comfort them by saying they arn't fat. Also, some people say, "I'm so fat" when they are like twigs - it makes me think they are weird for thinking they are overweight to begin with. And when people talk about me being so skinny it makes me feel uncomfortable as well - I eat like a normal person, it's not my fault I have fast metabolism!

Yes I know what you mean. I just hate it when people who are not overweight say I am so fat. It disgusts me. Try actually having a few pounds too many and then try saying that.

Think before you speak.
