-
I remember my 3rd grade teacher. I was in a 3rd/4th grade split class. I remember all my teachers since kindergarten, and I moved, so I had a couple in the same grade. I forgot most of my teachers from high school, which I find strange since they were the most recent. lol

I do. Her name was Ms Cato. She's one of the few teachers I do remember.
-
I had two, Mrs. McElveen & Mrs. Thurman. :)

The mean ones have stuck in my mind more. I can't recall the name of my 3rd grade teacher who I remember was nice, but my 2nd grade teacher was Ms. Taylor and she was... well... I'll be nice and just say not nice.

-
My third grade teacher was Ms. Lawnicki...blond-hair, blue-eyes, appeared to be 7 ft tall (from a 3rd grader's perspective) and every boy in my class had a crush on her. Hated to go to Mr. Schmirler in 4th and Ms. Conrad in 5th but found redemption in Ms. Holly in 6th. Ahhh..the wonder years of early youth!

I had the best 3rd grade teacher ever!! Mr. Post Then I was lucky enough to get him again for 4th grade
He also taught my 2 older kids as well for 3rd and 4th grade. Which I thought was really cool. He still to this day is a teacher at the same Elementary School, although every year he says it's his last - that he's going to retire. He still is the best.

I remember my 3rd grade teacher. She was very high strung. Math has never been my strong subject but I really struggled in 3rd grade and she would pin us against eachother, two at a time, and do flash cards who could solve the the problem first. I still used my fingers then and she would yell at me to stop doing that in front of everyone.

Mine was Mrs. Bird. I hated her! I had no friends in my class, and got stuck with a bunch of weird losers. and a bad teacher. :( we never got to go to outdoor recess, and always had lunch duty. Jeez, i hated third grade!

My 3rd grade elementary teacher’s name was Ms. Jung. I distinctively remember that was the time we learned how to write cursive handwriting. I also remember five students from my class won 5 of the 8 prizes offered at our grade level. They received an award for entering the essay and poster contest from the city mayor. I love those wonderful days in elementary school. Nostalgic memories! :)

My third grade teacher was Mr. Comfort. He had a huge impact on me! He really helped me come out of my shell, I was really shy back then! Later in high school, I won the student of the month and you had to tell what teacher had the biggest impact on you and I chose him! We got to have lunch together...it was pretty cool to see him again after all those years!

Haha I remember my third grade teacher. She was a very tough woman who had a bias toward girls and made it extra hard for the boys. No matter how much I tried in her class I could not get a good grade. I really made learning difficult for me and I did not like going to school. I remember I have to write "I will listen to my teacher when I am told" over and over again for something I didn't do. She wouldn't listen to me and said I was guilty. Jeez, I guess that brang back a lot of memories. I remember one time she had a sore throat. I went up to her and said, "see, God will get you." She replied, "He already has!" Another memmory is that she loved the word pizzaz. "Put a little pizzaz into it" or "This needs more pizzaz" are phrases she would frequently speak. O what life was like in the third grade.

My third grade teacher was Mr. Hubbard. He was a great teacher. We did a lot of non-conventional learning and activities... lots of projects and hands on stuff. I had some major leg surgery my third grade year, and was out for like two months. I still remember him coming to my home to visit and playing Excitebike on the original Nintendo with me! I remember at the time thinking that was so cool. haha
