how long does it take for my payment to show in my bank acct aft ::)er I make a payment request???

Cashouts requests, if approved, are made on or about the 20th of the month following your request.
Transfers to PAYPAL will generally occur on or about the 20th. I've had a couple come in a day earlier.
Direct deposits to your bank will be initiated on or about the 20th, but it will also take a couple of days for the bank to complete it's processing (to confirm receipt of funds) but that usually not more than a day or two.
If you request a check, it will be written and mailed on or about the 20th. Plan on 3-5 days for the check to arrive via USPS.

What offers do you complete to make as much cash as you do?

What offers do you complete to make as much cash as you do?
I'm not an offers person. I stick to the daily offers: daily surveys occasionally, but mostly the $.15 daily click, the $.02 daily email and now that I have broadband, I do the daily video ads.
I also do 30 relevant posts in the forum each month and respond to as many of the promotion and contests as I can. I have yet to figure out how to post my proof of payment, but when I do, that will be another $1.
This gives me $25+ in 3-4 months. Not a lot, but I'm happy with it and FC does pay everytime.
I use to do offers early on, but the recordkeeping became onerous (for me) and I have trouble keeping track of one email address much less the additional ones necessary to respond effectively to offers.
