Is there any way I can get in touch with a staff member through AIM or a private message?
I'm having an issue with my referral code, and it's preventing us both from making more money.

I believe Kohler answered this already - so its a dead thread, right?
-
Not until I say so.
It's dead.
You make an excellent cheerleader.
You should see about having your post count changed to "brownie points".
-
No reason for sarcastic remarks - I just didn't see the need to have post after post telling you how to contact FC. Obviously you need to pull in the reigns on your defensive attitude if you plan on having your own site. Just a thought.
-
No need to have sarcastic remarks, especially when she is right. No need to open this thread, I already told you via email or support ticket.
-
in this digital age, everything has a paper trail.
this thread was started BEFORE the other one.
if you plan on running a site, you should know things like that.
just a thought.
the point is, people post just for the numbers.
and Kohler, i contacted myspace.
the email you sent me is in error, just as i said.
again, something you should know.
just a thought.

1134 posts....
brownie points would just look and sound more practical.
-
and yall thought I was a smartass!
;D

Try support@fusioncash.com. I tried both of them and they worked fine.
-
sighh...
yes the email address works fine kohler.
i'm referring to the fact that you blatantly told me in an email that "myspace blocks all referral links."
this simply is not true.
i'm very pro on the issue, but sometimes you should leave the hand rolled cigarettes alone until after you clock out for the day.
-
What about the Christmas water pipe? Can I pick that up?
And as far as I am aware, Myspace was rerouting referral links at one time if you placed the link on your main page, I don't know because I do not have a Myspace.
-
Every time you put a referral link on your main page on myspace they disable it and they consider it to be spam. I know very well my referral link to this site is not spam or junk. This site is everything that it claims to be and then some. Thats why I am still here trying to make money and interact with the other members on this site.
Kohler:
Remind me again why some offers don't credit and others do? I always clear my cookies and browsing history.
-
nope.
once again, incorrect.
my cashgrab banner is on my profile, right on the top, and is 100% functional.
they don't disable it until you try to post it elsewhere.
as it stands now, you click my link and go to a warning page.
the user can then opt in or out.
you clearly did something to get your links disabled.
try common sense next time.
-
i know this to be true.
i placed a fusion cash banner on a friends comment section, and it was disabled almost immediately.
i put a cashgrab banner on my profile not 5 minutes later, and no problems.
it's the only place i have that banner, and i've gotten several referrals out of it.
-
Well if I can put referral links on my main page ( that wont be disabled ), how do I go about doing that?
-
copy and paste into your "about me" section.
like i said, common sense.
i just set up a seperate myspace profile, specifically designed for promoting cashgrab referrals.
i coded a program in delphi to send out massive amounts of invites to this profile.
inviting people to your myspace is a perfectly legitimate way to generate traffic, as long as you don't have any of those links/banners in the invite.
-
I am sure MySpace will LOVE that, and I hope none of those MySpace referrals use the "Report Spam" button on you.
And legitmate? MySpace TOS:
8.22 any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to, using
scripts to add friends or send comments or messages;
-
that's why you keep it below the current rates....
it helps having contacts over there
anyway, myspace is no different than aol in certain aspects.
if it wasn't made with visual basic, they'll never know.
people can report a non-spam invite as spam all they want.
it's not spam. period.
i'm glad that you're so concerned with what i'm doing that you actually looked that up though, that's funny.
-
by the way, myspace advertises for friend blaster.
anyone with half a clue would know by now that myspace is the most unrestricted thing to come along since AOL.
-
the only thing that i need worry about would be haters from other sites reverting to a five year old state of mind and snitching on me.
which, from what i've seen, is quite prevalent around here.
so i lose a myspace account and an affiliate account; and i'm back up and running in under five minutes.
-
Can you please point to where MySpace advertises for FriendBlaster?
And if you are banned from an affiliate, especially for spamming on MySpace, which companies have been sued over before for spamming no less, your IP will most likely be banned. And I like how you complain on TheCashGrab, but only about their conversion rate, so I guess ours suits you well.
-
your conversions are significantly better.
they have a far superior referral system.
it all depends on what you want to do.
and yes, people get sued for spamming and ip addresses get blocked.
but, you need to be spamming in order for either of those to happen.
and with you being aware of what i'm posting on their forums, you must've already done the five year old thing.
very professional.
