Title: which is better desktop pc or laptop

if you going to be playing graphic games, i would say desktop, cheaper performance than laptops.

It all depends, a loptop is great for travel. I do my family's taxes each year and it comes in handy and if you get into a hotspot you can always use wireless (free). My desktop is always on the internet (stationary) so it is not very mobile. I like both, it just depends on what you intend to do with it. The new notebooks are also cool if you want portability at a low cost.

Post by: hammy12 on January 22, 2011, 01:38:01 pm: I love my 12 inch netbook. Dual core, and a dedicated graphics card. I can play most games, with it turned way down, but still playable. I tend to use it for everything. I have not turned my desktop on in quite awhile, as i find i can do everything on my netbook.

My laptop is one of those Dell Minis and it doesnt have a whole lot of memory. I only use it to do homework during my free period.
