Earlier this month I had cashed out, after saying approved I still have not recieved the money through DD and now they are saying they couldnt located my account. I need to contact them so they can resend. what do I do?

Did you record your DD information for them to deposit in your account?
Just saw from another post that you did put your DD information down. I would contact them if that is saying what you need to do.

You might put a support ticket in or see if there is a number to call and see what needs to be done.

You did the correct thing by submitting a Support Ticket. The telephone number will NOT help. Below is a post from Admin about this. Even though it is about a missing check, it still applies to your problem. Hope you get it resolved soon.:

That phone number is ONLY for revoking your Direct Deposit authorization. We do not offer telephone support. Personal account issues like a missing check are best handled via support ticket (we try to avoid posting your personal account info on the public forums).
