which is healthier,pretzels or chips?

pretzels i think-depends on how u define healthy i suppose

Neither is really healthy - but pretzels are for sure the best choice because they have little to no fat.

Neither one. We usually grab a banana, or celery or asparagus sticks and eat them raw.

I just had some pretzels before I read these comments on the forum. I had a craving for something salty.

Pretzel is the healtier snack.

In my opinion pretzels is the healthiest snack, because they are fat free and not greasy like chips.

pretzels are suppose to be healthier, but there are some chips that are good for your body too. Some chips have a lot of grease and fat in them. Pretzels are low in cholesterol and fat free, so I would have to lean more towards pretzels. Although I do love to eat lots of chips, but I better stick to Pretzels.

I prepare snacks at home. I don't want to rely on outside food.

I think it is still depends the amount you eat. We all know if it is too, not healthy. But I love them both :crybaby2:

Pretzels are healthier. Neither is really good for you. Better snack would be fruit or vegetables... carrot sticks or an apple or something.

It would probably depend on the type of chips and pretzels.

Neither, both salty and have many oils.
I like pretzels more though.

A person should eat the one they like, or the one they prefer.

I know that pretzels were always said to be good for you but i think as long as you buy baked chips, you can't really go wrong!
