Title: How do you get some one to sign up?

Right now I'm having problem trying to get people to sign up so I can make extra money

Start close to home and share your dream (since you are not making much yet). This is not brain surgery, it's 5 minutes a day and it really does pay. Have fun comparing notes with your new referrals and keep them active,

You need to tell all the benefit about the program.  Keep positive.
