Title: Why do people POSE as Utility Workers to ROB homes during the cold month

Feel free to discuss whats on your mind? why or why not?
I feel people shouold contact their Utility Companies prior to ask if their scheduled for  water levels,  heating inspection; meter readings for a specific cold months. Ask also the name of the technician working on duty in your residence. I feel elderly  people should keep their doors locked and dont become vulnerable to theives.If they arent dressed in uniform or present a photo id contact 1800-75-coned or 1-800-577-tips crime stoppers for those who live in NY
