Title: Does you legs always go when past 60?

Im in my sisties but have a lot of problems with my legs getting up and down. Anyone in here have the same problems? :dontknow:

I'm older than that but my legs are fairly good.  I can't walk as far as I used to though particularly uphill or a lot of stairs.  I get a lot of exercise taking care of my animals but I think I need to do some legs only exercise.  That's what I would recommend for you also.  Squats and duck walks are a start.

Well, I'm not past 60 but I do know that great grandfather didn't have much trouble walking until recently. He's 101 years old.

Maybe you’re just out of shape. Change your diet and do something you enjoy outdoors like walking on a weekly basis. I’m not 60 yet. I have seen senior citizens go hiking in their 70s and they’re in wonderful shape.  :thumbsup:
