Title: What is the difference between a certified car and a normal pre-owned car?

Bought a certified car and i really don't see the difference from the last used car I Had.

There really is no difference between cars. All of them have doors, an engine, seats, AC, tires, and a steering wheel. All of them, unless not working, can get you from point A to point B, and back to point A.

There's really no difference. The only difference between the two are that a certified car has passed a multi-point inspection by a mechanic. If you do the multi-point inspection yourself you can save some money by buying a normal pre-owned car from a private seller.
