I think we will see a delay to the season which will be a shame. I remember back in the 8- when they had a strike and the season was shortened and a lot more teams made the playoffs then usual. I agree that the players make too much, I also say the owners make too much. If they do strike we will find something else to do. Hopefully Kohler will be able to find something for his weekly sports bonus. ;D

Who really cares? It's NOT about the fans, the players, or even the divisions anymore - it is all about the owners of the teams making money, period. Just the fact they can put a blackout on local games that don't sell out is pure, unadulterated blackmail. That doesn't affect the owners, they still get their money, but it does affect the fans. Get the bid for a Super Bowl Game and the team owner gets a new stadium while the taxpayers get it up the wazoo in more money out of pocket to build it. They are all a bunch of 'legalized criminals' as far as I am concerned. :P

It is sounding more and more like it will happen. It is a shame, because it is the fans that suffer, not the owners or players. Why don't they poll the fans? The fans are the ones that are making them rich.  :bs:
