It's not unusual for offers to fail to credit if you are careless in following the rules and confirmations. If you haven't read through the Beginner's Guide for Newbies, give it a try. You will find it in the Support section at the top of the page.
You may not complete the same offer twice. The advertisers use your email address/IP address to see whether you've completed the offer before (on any site.)
You need to clear your cookies/temps before you start an offer and it's suggested that you clear your cookies/temp afterward as well.
Frequently offers (particularly those that involve signing up for something) require you to confirm your email address. They send you a confirmation email to your email address and you have to find it and click on a link in that email to confirm that you've received it. This confirms that you have given them a real email address that you look at. (If you can't find it, look in your spam files.)
I also suggest you read over what you submit to make sure that what is typed is exactly what it should be (ie your name, email address, phone number etc etc).
When making postings to the Forum, please proofread your message. You can also use the edit key to make corrections in the posting after you've clicked "Post".

One other thing: I don't do offers. They take a lot of time and careful record keeping to make sure you don't do the same one again or you need to set up multiple email addresses and still keep everything straight. But if you can do all that, then more power to you.
I limit myself to the daily tasks: daily $.15 click; the $.02 paid email; an occasional daily survey, posting in the forum, checking out the weekly bonus contests and the $.02 video ads when available. Don't make a lot, but I'm able to cash out every 3-4 months and that's just fine for me.
