i cashed out and my money approved.i have it set direct deposit but then i check and it says unable to send the money because it was unable to find my account.so can one of the admins help me get my stuff straight real quick so i can get my money

Did you give the correct routing #'s?
You can cancel your cashout and check the #'s, but there is only one problem with that is that when you cashout again you wont get the money until June 20th. If you still have the same issue when you redo the cashout, you should change the way you get paid to "check".

Once a cashout has been "approved" and sent you can no longer cancel that cashout. I am assuming that YungFlash is talking about her March cashout with payment for April 20th....which I am surprised has taken YungFlash so long to post about this.
YungFlash, if you are talking about your March cashout, that you were expecting in April, I would suggest you open a support ticket immediately and make Admin aware of what is going on. It is most likely a problem with the routing numbers which can be straightened out between you and Admin. Good Luck :thumbsup:
