Title: Faster Payments
Post by: catherinedwhite on March 16, 2011, 11:53:41 am
I love Fusion Cash...so don't get me wrong
It would just be nice if they would pay a little faster.
I clicked the pay out button for the third time yesterday.
But, I won't get paid until April 20th.........that is quite slow.

I would like to suggest they move it up to 14 days.
That would still give them a reasonable amount of time.
Or, if they are only paying once a month - start paying twice a month.
This would expedite payments, as well.

It is my guess they manually make the payouts once a month.
It would be great if they could increase this to twice a month.
I think this would be a great motivator and would help keep members happy.
Happy members are active members.....

What do you mean you clicked the pay out button 3 times yesterday?

Are you saying that you reached the cashout 3 times in one day?  Or you just thought that
clicking it more than once would speed up the process??

Not sure what you meant sweetie!   :dontknow:

LOL..... no I am not one of those people who think if you keep pushing the elevator button it will come faster.
Linda was correct - it meant I was cashing out for my third time.

It would be nice if they paid twice a month but I understand why they don't...they have to verify that no fraud was committed and make sure they are paid before they pay us.

Maybe we can urge them to start paying twice a month.
That would make Fusion Cash the BEST free program I am using.
Title: Re: Faster Payments
Post by: Williamhooper on March 19, 2011, 10:57:04 am
I think this is a good idea. Maybe they pay monthly because they also pay in checks?

I agree 2 times a month would be better :D Maybe it would be easier if there pay out was Bi-Monthly for PayPal/Direct Deposit because those aren't checks.

I think this would make it easier to promote fusion cash, and members will be more active hopefully :D

I recently got a good referral that earned me 3$ and would look forward to that happening more often :D

As I have stated before they are paid on a net 30 and or net 60 system. If they pay us before being paid they might not would have the money to pay every one. A faster payment system then is already in place will not ever happen.

Title: Re: Faster Payments
Post by: catherinedwhite on March 21, 2011, 11:45:13 am
The current system works but I think there could be improvements.
I requested my third payout on March 14th and won't get it until April 20th.
That is a long time to wait for a payment.
A long wait could frustrate newbies who don't realize how the system works.
Fusion Cash is a solid paying free program.  But, everything can be improved.

Multiple check runs every month would increase costs.  Having to do two rounds of verification every month would also increase costs.  Advertisers typically wait until the 10th-15th of the following month to send us fraud reports, so paying any faster than we do runs the risk of paying out fraudulent users, again increasing costs.  We could theoretically offer faster or even instant PayPal/direct deposit payments, but we'd have to cut the offer rewards in half to mitigate the fraud losses (instant or very fast payouts attract substantial fraud).  Increased fraud = fewer advertisers and lower payouts on the ones that remain, a vicious cycle.  We always have to strike a balance between the needs of our members, of our advertisers, and of our company, and after being at it for almost 6 years we've got a pretty good feel for what works.

Bottom line is that it's just not financially possible for us.  You will likely find that most sites like ours (that have been around a while) have similar or slower payment schedules.  Nobody likes to wait, but if you cashed out on Feb 28th you got paid just 19 days later for PayPal & Direct Deposit - not too shabby.

I vote to leave it the way it is, the last thing any of us need is offer rewards cut in half. I'd rather have to wait, than to make half the cash.

I haven't got my check for this months payment (from last months cash out).  Is there anybody else that hasn't received their check?
Checks went out on Monday 21st (usual 20th was a Sunday this month).  It's pretty normal for it to take until Friday or Saturday to arrive for most members, especially the ones on the east side of the country (checks come out of Washington state).

Thank you so much for your response Admin.  I forgot that Sunday was the 20th, so you naturally would send them the first business day after the weekend....makes sense.  I'm only 3 hours away from your office in CA. Didn't know checks came from Washington. I need to change my paying preferences to Paypal or direct deposit anyway.

Wanted to come back to report I received my check in the mail this morning.  I've changed my payment option to Paypal.  I'll see if that is a good choice.  I hate to go direct deposit because of all the trouble I've had with ID theft. While I'm sure FC has very good security with member's banking information, I'm just a bit gun shy with providing it to anybody.

Fusioncash ASKS for suggestions, Admin never gets mad at anyone's suggestions, just simply explains them. So why is it that member feel the need to act offended and defensive, especially when catherine clearly stated she was NOT complaining, just merely suggesting an idea. What's so wrong with suggesting improvement to an already great site?

I have only cashout once and it takes just as long as it takes to get to $25.00 to cashout.  I wish I can find some others offers so it won't take long to get to $25.00 to cash out.  Can someone give me some ideals.

wow, is that how long I am going to wait to get paid. thanks for letting me know.

@josette72882....

Once you get into your own cycle of doing offers and cashing out, it really doesn't seem like all that long. While you're waiting on one payment, you'll already be working on new offers towards your next one, and it goes by pretty fast. Sounds like you weren't familiar with the payment schedule, so may I suggest that you familiarize yourself with the TOS (Terms of Service) and the FAQ/Help sections. Those, along with the tutorial videos (link on the main page), will help with questions you may have. Good luck....(it becomes addicting  ;D)!

Actually, my main income comes at the beginning of the month (once a month).  I like that Fusion Cash pays us around the 20th of each month. gives me a little extra in the middle of the month.

If you come here everyday and work everything offered here on this site, you can pretty much cash out every month. Also, Fusion Cash needs to make sure all your credits are approved with the various payments they receive so they can pay us. That's why payments are in "pending" status for awhile.

One payment a month works for me, and I would not want my credits to be cut for the added expense Fusion Cash would incur to implement a 2 payment month.....just my 2 cents.

Hello cashouts always require $25 total Minimum  $15 of which should come from completing offers or surveys the rest can be from any other source.
