Title: Mp3 or ipod touch?
Post by: ladycasshmere on April 04, 2011, 06:31:40 am
My friend and I were having a debate over which is better mp3 player or ipod. I say ipod but they both have cool features but price wise mp3 is more affordable. Which do you prefer?

I think Mp3 players are better.  Mp3 players are able to play music that comes from many different formats.

I just bought my Son the Ipod Classic. It holds 40,000 songs and has a huge storage for movies, games and pictures. It's a little pricey but in the long run it will last a very long time.

Ipod touch because i've had one for at least 3 years now and I definitely like the various apps that I can play and download, but also having video's and musics on.

I love my Ipod touch not only for the music and video formats but I am able to tag into free wiifii any place that I go thus allowing me to check into e-mails on the road or jump on the internet without incurring any additional fees. I also keep a microsoft smart phone but never use it for the Music.  I have yet to run into a music format that couldn't be re-formatted to be used on my Itouch.

i'd go with something that wasn't an ipod so i wouldn't have to deal with itunes. i personally like iriver mp3 players, i like how they look and you can just use something like windows media player to transfer music, or you can just drag and drop. my bf has an ipod touch and sure they're nice to look at...but the price tag alone turns me away.
