Title: How long do I have to wait to get paid for posting paypal cashout?

I thought it comes pretty quickly. Does anyone know?

It usually takes a few weeks to get that bonus. Once, it took almost 2 months. But have no fear, you will get it!

You will get paid by the 20th of the following month.

Be sure your Paypal account is verified too or else there will be a delay and you might not get paid this month.

I could be wrong, but I think they are asking when they get paid for posting their proof of payment, the $1 bonus for posting a picture of your payment or what you bought with it.
