I may be leaving Fusion Cash for a couple years due to personal issues but I was wondering if I don't sign in for 2+ years, then when I am finally able to, will I be able to pick up where I left off and start doing offers again?

Yes you can. The only thing is you will lose any of the money you had if you don't cashout.  You have 6 months to earn money and cashout before it expires.
