Title: Paid to click ads?
Post by: wendylrob on April 12, 2011, 07:17:28 am
Does anyone know what "Check account instead" when you do the paid to click ads. I never seem to get credit for them (15 cents for every 4). It just always says "check account instead". I check my account and none of the paid to clicks appear. ???

Items that tend to credit instantly, like the daily $.15 click, will have the "check account" message.

If you are not getting credit, make sure you are doing all of tasks completely.
1. View 4 topical ads (i usually do horoscope; lottery; recipes; and weather -- weather because you can click on a 7 day forcast or 15 forecast if you get this far and haven't used up the 3 minutes
2. View sponsor ad (I do this one at the same time I'm doing #1)

Must view 1+2 for at least 3 minutes; there is a timer on the left side of the page to let you know how long you have to wait until #3 shows up.

3. Click on the FC toolbar ad
4. Click on the special -security response required - ad.  View this for 60 secs.

I usually have another tab open to view my account page and refresh it to make sure the $.15 has credited.  (Do this when I view the video ads in the Daily Task windows, too)

I haven't tried the ad clicking yet. I'll have to check that out. Learning a lot in the forums...

I always see the check account after I've done everything and that means I've been credited. Usually clicking there will take me right to the account page so I can double check it.
