Title: KOHLER HELP WITH TEMP DENIED PAYMENT

I received a request to verify my id by faxing copy of DL or other id.  Don't have a fax machine and can't get to one.  Can I email with sensitive date blocked out (ss# etc)?  How come this is just happening now? and also, many of may offers expire in a few days and don't wnat to lose them.....worked so hard to get to $25 you know. 

Can you help me, please?
