Title: how often do you tell your loved ones you love them

The things I may have wanted to say in the past may be too late if that person is not around to hear what I have to say today, so I try to keep it real.

I talk with my daughters all the time and tell them I love you and then when I see them My grandsons all the time when I see them It is never enough though :heart:

:wave:i wish i was more like you i don't tell my family i love them that much,it is much easier to tell them you love them daily, instead of face divorce.

Post by: surveyash on April 18, 2011, 11:33:42 pm: Hmm...I guess that depends on how often I actually see my family throughout the day. So, if I were to see them all day it would be about 20 times. If we both work all day and I get home late then the number goes way down to 5 times. That's really sad now that I see the number difference; all I can blame that on is work and life. But, to make up for working today I will make sure to increase the number to 10. :heart: :heart: :heart:

Things that I do also let them know that I love them like: working four jobs, being at their sporting events, never buying frivolous items for myself, not going out with friends, passing on jobs that would take me out of state and them out of their routines, little presents each week.

as for life being too short, i disagree. its the longest thing you'll ever live through :D

My kids are all grown up but I do have my grandkids so it's important to let them hear you tell each other you love them and they will always tell their parents they love them. :)

Post by: sommap on April 22, 2011, 01:04:31 pm: I don't recall my mother ever telling me that she loved me, so I made it a practice of telling my kids all the time. Now it is every time we see each other or talk on the phone. The grandkids are even into saying "I love you".
