Title: offers $15.00?

ok so you have to have 15.00$ to cashout and i have 11.26 i need help doing some offers and suggestions please list below good offers i can do to get 3.00$!

Hi, you need to have 25.00 to cash out not 15.00.  15 of your balance must come from offer completions the other 10 can come from bonus or referrals.

i think u should save up and get alot of refferals b4 u cashout
