I was not able to access FC from Thursday night until early morning on Friday. Did the site go down? Did anyone else have this problem? I am glad that it is back up and running? :dontknow: :wave:

We had some downtime today because our firewall stopped working out of the blue. It took some time to reconfigure the network, but we seem to be up to speed now.
I sent out a notification to the Daily Cash Email list that we were under maintenance for today.
The "real" Daily Cash Email will go out in another hour or two once we're satisfied that the problems are fixed.

Thank you for the notification e-mail that Fusioncash was down for maintenance and for the update in the current topic that your firewall had been compromised. It's really reassuring and helpful to get updates from the staff when there are problems so that we lowly members can continue to work the site until we receive our Daily Cash E-Mail. I will wait patiently for mine, then pounce on it like a cat in heat as soon as I receive it. Maybe that's a bad analogy. I just saw the message a few minutes ago. I was trying to get last Thursday's daily cash email but missed out.
But we're back; that's good!

I missed my daily cash email this morning. Now I know the reason why. :'(
I know that Fusion Cash will get this situation fixed. They are always so loyal to their members. One of the best websites online. I really love visiting Fusion Cash everyday. :thumbsup:

That was actually fairly quick maintenance. I have had some sites out for entire weekends. The warning email was also nice!

Thanks for the maintenance email. What happened is that I was able to access FC a very short time in between the down times. I was able to do my paid to click, watch a video and post. That is when I posted my question. Then FC went down again. And I would get my email about maintenance. I am glad that you are up and running. I hope this did not ruin your holiday plans, administrator. :thumbsup: And I want to add thank you for the email about maintenance. Nice and thoughtful gesture. Very helpful and informative. :thumbsup:

Not only did fusion cash go down I thought that it went up in smoke.

It happened at almost the same time, but no - we are not "in the cloud". We do use Amazon S3 to store an encrypted daily backup, but if something goes wrong it does not affect the site. Amazon's had multiple reliability issues recently and that was supposed to be their strong suit, so I don't see us moving to the cloud anytime soon.

yep thought it went down. lost the daily's and fixing my e-mail but thats ok. first thought the link got changed but searched again and figured either routine maintenance or something crashed. happy all is fixed.

For some reason, i was over worried when Fusion Cash went down. You don't know what you're missing until it's gone (even for a couple hours!)

I have to agree with you on this! I first wondered if I had been knocked off for some reason, then I wondered where they went and were they coming back. Finally, the email came letting us know what was happening and my FC world was all right again!!! :)
